Notice of Joint Public Hearing Concerning Proposed Amendments to the Town’s Zoning Ordinance
The Town of Charlotte Court House Town Council and Planning Commission will hold a Joint Public Hearing to receive public comment as noted below:
The purpose of this hearing is to receive public comments regarding proposed amendments to the Town’s Zoning Ordinance to allow temporary signs for new businesses and public events and to make other technical changes.

Due to staffing changes and other delays, the Town of Charlotte Court House’s real estate and personal property tax bills have not yet been mailed.
To ensure taxpayers have sufficient time to remit payment once the tax bills are issued, The Town of Charlotte Court House Town Council has extended the original March 5 due date to April 6, 2026.
We are happy to share that the town playground, designed for children ages 2-12, is now open and ready for families to enjoy!
